Does it support Spanish language estimates?

Yes, and the interface language and the document language are set separately, which is the part that usually matters. You can run the app in English while printing an estimate in Spanish for the homeowner, or the reverse for a crew lead. English, Spanish and French are supported today.

How do I get hail storm alerts for my service area?

Set your service area and you get notified when hail or high wind hits it, with a map of the affected neighborhoods so you know which streets to canvass. It is a lead-generation tool as much as a weather one: the alert arrives while the damage is still news to the homeowner.

Can I take customer payments through Stripe?

Yes. Stripe Connect is built in, so deposits and progress payments can be collected from the estimate itself rather than chasing a check. Manual payments can also be recorded against the job for anything taken offline.

How do I set up a CRM for my roofing crew?

There is nothing to set up from scratch. The pipeline ships with stages a roofing job actually moves through, and every customer record carries their photos, notes, measurements, estimates and documents on the same file. Add your crew as users and they see the same jobs you do.

Can I schedule appointments and get calendar reminders?

How do I create branded PDF estimates?

Pick one of four templates, add your logo and colors once, and every estimate renders with them. The measurement and your pricebook fill in the line items, so the document is built from the job rather than typed from scratch.

Can I send a branded estimate and see whether the customer responded?

You can send it and you will know when they sign, because the signature notifies you and the signed copy attaches back to the job. What you do not get is an open receipt telling you they looked at it and did nothing. We would rather say that plainly than let you assume a read notification exists.

How do I get access to the homeowner lead network?

It is included, not an add-on. Homeowners request quotes and the leads route to contractors in their service area. It is priced per actual lead rather than per click, so you are not paying for traffic that was never going to call.

Can I use iPhone LiDAR to measure rooms and exteriors?

Yes, on an iPhone with a LiDAR sensor. A room scan takes about sixty seconds using Apple RoomPlan and drops into the estimate as a takeoff. AR distance measuring handles exterior runs such as gutters, downspouts, fascia and valleys, and those become line items rather than notes on your phone.
